History
1981: A humble beginning at a shop-house along North
Bridge Road, Tolay was founded as a partnership by Mr Ng and
Mr Tay.
1991: Shifted to a newly renovated 2-storey corner-shop
at 181 East Coast Road.
2001: Acquired our current headquarters at 460 Geylang
Road, a 3-storey building with gross floor area of over 3,900 sq feet.
Traditionally, Tolay have served many customers ranging
from regular and walk-in retail customers to listed
organisations and government statutory boards. In recent
years, the sophistication of Internet infrastructure
has enabled companies like us to communicate with our
existing commercial networks while providing a new
channel to serve our customers effectively. As a keen
proponent of new technologies, Tolay is keen to leverage
